Iron Legacy Barbell Member Spotlight: TEYGAN JONES
The ILB Team have taken note of exceptional members and want to highlight their work ethic and sportsmanship towards others. Each member spotlight will showcase a member who exemplifies everything we look to promote as a team at Iron Legacy. Someone who embodies what it means be committed to an environment of strength and fortitude: lighting the way for future athletes.
Teygan has been lifting for 2 years and has been a member at ILB since we first opened in April. Since then, she's competed in multiple strongman competitions, continued to gain muscle, and encourage others along the way! Her current goal is "to become JACKED, hit all the PR’s, & improve in my athleticism and stamina." We have no doubt she will achieve anything she sets her mind to.

keo nha cai ừ thì mình cũng ghé ngang đúng lúc đang rảnh, thấy mọi người bàn tán nên vào lướt vài vòng cho biết, kiểu xem trang nó tổ chức ra sao thôi chứ nội dung thì mình không đào sâu lắm. Cảm giác đầu tiên là menu đặt ngay chỗ dễ liếc, bấm qua lại giữa các mục không bị lạc đường, giống như đi siêu thị mà biển chỉ dẫn treo đúng tầm mắt vậy (đỡ phải làm thám tử). Mình để ý thêm là các khối thông tin họ xếp theo cột nhìn gọn, tiêu đề với số liệu tách ra rõ nên đọc lướt vẫn bắt nhịp được, không phải kéo lên kéo xuống để…
